AI Use

We use AI tools to help make some of our products and to help with parts of running the business. This page says how, what a person always does, and how we tell you.

How we may use AI

• Drafting. AI tools may help draft text, checklists, procedures, descriptions and guides.
• Building. AI tools may help write code, formulas, scripts and file layouts, and generate variations such as different sizes or color versions.
• Support. AI tools may help draft replies to your messages.

What a person always does

• A person decides what gets made, writes or rewrites the key content, and reads every product before release.
• Spreadsheets are tested with sample data, and formulas are checked for errors.
• Files are opened on a clean installation, print layouts are checked, and files are scanned for malware.
• Every support reply is reviewed by a person before it is sent.
• Domain content, such as logistics procedures, is reviewed against real operating experience.

How we disclose it

• Each product page says how AI was used, in plain words: no AI, AI-assisted (a person wrote or substantially rewrote it with AI help) or AI-generated (substantial text or images were produced by AI and then edited and reviewed).
• On marketplaces that require disclosure, we follow their rules and use their wording. Where we are unsure which label applies, we choose the more cautious one.

What we do not do

• We do not present AI-made images as photographs of real things.
• We do not write fake reviews, fake testimonials or fake income claims, with or without AI.
• We do not claim a product is original human work when AI produced substantial parts of it.
• We do not ask you for passwords, card numbers or access tokens.

Copyright note

Under current US guidance, material generated by AI without sufficient human authorship may not be eligible for copyright protection. We claim rights in our own selection, arrangement, writing and edits. See the Product License.
