Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information ALLORNOTHINGHQ ("we", "us") handles when you visit allornothinghq.com, write to us, or buy our products. We are a small business operated by ALLORNOTHINGHQ LLC, a Florida limited liability company. We keep this short on purpose.

The short version

• This website has no accounts, no sign-up forms, no payment forms, no advertising and no analytics.
• This website does not set cookies of its own.
• We never collect card details. Purchases happen on third-party checkouts.
• We do not sell your personal information.
• If you write to us, we use what you send to answer you.

What this website collects

The site is a set of static pages hosted on Cloudflare. When you load a page, Cloudflare's network receives the technical details every web request carries, such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested. Cloudflare processes this to deliver and secure the site, and keeps its own logs under its own policies. We do not run analytics on this site. If that changes, this page will be updated first.

Cloudflare may use security measures that set strictly necessary cookies or similar technology to protect the site from abuse. We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising.

Information you send us

If you email [email protected], we receive your email address, your message and anything you attach. Emails to our addresses are forwarded to a private mailbox hosted by Google (Gmail). We use your message only to reply, to provide support, to fix a problem, and, if you ask to be notified about new products, to write to you once about that. We may use an AI assistant to help draft replies; a person reviews every reply, and we never ask for passwords, card numbers or access tokens, so please do not send them.

Purchases

Products are sold through third-party checkouts and marketplaces, for example Polar, Gumroad, Payhip, Etsy, Amazon KDP or similar services. When you buy:

• the checkout collects your name, email address, payment details, billing details and any information it needs for tax. Their privacy policy governs that information;
• we receive limited order information from them, such as your name or username, email address, the product, the price, the date and the country or state used for tax, so that we can deliver the product, give support and keep business and tax records;
• we never see your full card number.

How we use information

To deliver products and support, to answer questions, to keep records we must keep for accounting and tax, to protect the site and our customers from fraud and abuse, and to meet legal obligations. We do not use your information for advertising and we do not build profiles of visitors.

Who we share it with

• Service providers that operate the tools we use: Cloudflare (website hosting, email forwarding and email sending), Google (the mailbox that receives forwarded email), the checkout or marketplace where you bought, and any AI assistant used to draft support replies.
• Authorities or other parties if the law requires it, or to protect rights, safety or security.
• A successor if the business is sold or transferred, subject to this policy.

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for third-party advertising.

How long we keep it

Support emails are kept for as long as needed to help you and to keep a record of the problem, normally up to three years. Order and tax records are kept for the period the law requires. After that we delete or anonymize them.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, unless we must keep it for legal or accounting reasons. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or the EU and UK data protection laws. Write to [email protected] and we will answer within a reasonable time, normally within 30 days. We may need to confirm that you are the person who owns the email address.

Children

Our products are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, write to us and we will delete it.

Security

The website is static and has no database or login. We use reputable providers and keep access to our accounts protected. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

Where information is handled

We are in the United States, and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries.

Links to other sites

This site may link to checkouts, marketplaces and other sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their privacy practices.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of the page. For material changes, we will say so on this page.
